Common Treatment Options

Positional Release Therapy (PRT)

PRT is simply the opposite of stretching. The manual therapy works much like unkinking a knotted necklace or rope by pushing together tissues to take tension off "neurological chain links." The therapy is pain-free and is suited for all ages to help resolve pain and tissue dysfunction.

Mulligan Mobilization

Mulligan Mobilization is a unique manual therapy treatment approach combining mobilization with active movement or function. Fundamentally a patient’s pain, restriction or functional loss is eliminated when appropriate mobilization forces are applied during movement.

Physical Therapy

Physical therapists’ and other clinicians provide patients home, aquatic and in-clinic therapy for both pre and post-surgical conditions as well as for acute and chronic injuries. Therapists work closely with patients to design their therapy program so it is coordinated with the manual therapies they receive at our clinic.

I have had terrible headaches for years along with arm pain and numbness. Using my hands and arms would set my head off and it severely limited my activity level. I couldn’t even wear my motorcycle helmet without crippling head and neck pain. I had MRIs and even steroid injections that did not help anything. After my first visit with Elevated they “put my head back on straight” and got my rib and lower back into place. After three visits I feel like a new person and NO headaches! I can paint/remodel, exercise/yard-work and play with my grandson and dog with no rebound headaches due to activity level. Thank you!
