Program Details

The Go Strong Core Program® is a 14-week core-strengthening program that encompasses three phases, stabilityloading, and dynamics, including a pre and post-assessment.

The program is designed to address the functional demands of  nearly  any athletic performance need including runningskiing, and hiking based on the gait cycle to improve balance, flexibility, and core strength.

Additionally, each phase of the program is based on the concept of progressive periodization in order to prevent injury and maximize movement efficiency and power.
