Common Treatment Options

Positional Release Therapy (PRT)

PRT is simply the opposite of stretching. The manual therapy works much like unkinking a knotted necklace or rope by pushing together tissues to take tension off "neurological chain links." The therapy is pain-free and is suited for all ages to help resolve pain and tissue dysfunction.

Custom Orthotics

Custom is key with custom orthotics. Our custom orthotics are individually prescribed based on high-speed 3D video analysis of your gait and CAD casting of your feet to ensure an accurate prescription to meet your biomechanical needs and to also ensure a perfect match to the contours of your feet. Custom orthotics can lift an arch, relieve heel pain, and/or help compensate for joint deformities, such as a leg length discrepancy.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave Therapy is a non-invasive treatment option for a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions such as plantar fascittis, tennis elbow, osteoarthritis, low back pain and many more. This proprietary technology is based on a unique set of sound waves that stimulate cellular metabolism, stem cell migration to the treatment area to build new tissue, enhancement of blood circulation, which accelerates the healing process.

The work that Elevated Performance and Rehabilitation does has improved my quality of life exponentially. I work ten-hour shifts on concrete floors in a manufacturing environment, and after about an hour into my shift my foot and ankle pain was catastrophic. After several treatments and custom-built orthotics from Dr. Tim I am able to execute my duties for the lion’s share of my work shift. My chronic pain is drastically reduced and manageable.
