Common Treatment Options

The Wheelhouse Protocol
(Pat. Pending)

The Wheelhouse Protocol (Pat. Pending) is a non-painful integrative manual therapy treatment approach that resolves low back pain typically within 1-3 treatment sessions. The therapy protocol was designed by Dr. Speicher based on 25 years of research and clinical practice and encompasses PRT, therapeutic ultrasound, joint mobilizations, muscle energy and corrective exercise.

Typically in 97% of patients, low back pain resolves within one to three weeks.

Mulligan Mobilization

Mulligan Mobilization is a unique manual therapy treatment approach combining mobilization with active movement or function. Fundamentally a patient’s pain, restriction or functional loss is eliminated when appropriate mobilization forces are applied during movement.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave Therapy is a non-invasive treatment option for a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions such as plantar fascittis, tennis elbow, osteoarthritis, low back pain and many more. This proprietary technology is based on a unique set of sound waves that stimulate cellular metabolism, stem cell migration to the treatment area to build new tissue, enhancement of blood circulation, which accelerates the healing process.

After years of chronic back and hip pain, I’m finally feeling relief and am able to have the mobility I need to do the things I want! I highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!!

When I hurt my back 14 months ago, during a simple yoga class, I was convinced that my days of living an active lifestyle were going to be very limited. The therapist at Elevated Performance and Rehabilitation have proven me wrong. Two back doctors and two cortisone injections did nothing for me. After having the team work on my specific back problems, I am back to doing the activities I love (hiking, golfing and playing Pickleball). I will be forever grateful for giving me my life back!

This place is amazing. I highly recommend them. I went through 3 back surgeries within 3 years. I was dealing with daily pain and lack of movement. After my first visit I felt like a miracle happen. They were able to reduce my pain level. I was given a exercise program to help me regain the motion. Within 3 visits i notice that I was able to move without pain.

The therapists at Elevated Performance and Rehabilitation are miracle workers. I have had lower back problems for 35+ years and none of the countless chiropractors and physical therapists I have used resolved the underlying problem. Three initial PRT treatments coupled with easy to do stretching exercises and quarterly visits have made me pain free and am now able to rotate freely when playing golf. Thanks Elevated team!

Elevated Performance and Rehabilitation is one of the best! Best in their care, best in their methods, best in their customer service, and best in their education!! I am a Dental Hygienist so my body gets abused every day that I work. I have suffered from chronic pain in my hip, back, neck, and shoulder areas and within a few sessions they have managed to get my pain level from an 8 to a 2. No one has ever been able to do this for me and I have seen a long list of people over the span of many years. Being a health care professional myself I know what to look for when being treated by another professional. Tim and his staff exceeded my expectations and truly helped me to heal and have pain relief. It says a lot about a practice that can exceed your expectations. I have and will continue to recommend this practice.
